Quilt and Textile Services, Presentations, Classes, and Unique Textile Art

I bring a lifetime of sewing experience and 30 years of working with museum quality textiles to every project that I work on. At Nashville Quilt Repair you will find professional workmanship, extensive knowledge, and fair prices.  Nashville Quilt Repair specializes in the repair, restoration, and mending of quilts. Patches, bindings, batting, and backs can be replaced on antique, vintage, and contemporary quilts.  If repairs are prohibitive, often a quilt can be re-purposed and have a new life as a wall-hanging, pillows, or a piece of clothing.  Quilt tops can be made into finished quilts. Patchwork or applique blocks can be assembled into a quilt or anything else.  Nashville Quilt Repair appreciates the importance of your quilt's history: the story of its creation and ownership.  Pattern identification and documentation are available, as well as a personalized label.  While I do not provide appraisals, I can approximate values.   Clients are seen by appointment in my studio. Please call 615-790-0822.

Hearts and Hands Creativity is the business I started back in the early 1990s with the idea that it would cover all the work that I might do.  Programs and classes are offered and can be adjusted to fit your needs.  Just tell me what you want.  The items that I create have varied over the years.  Please take a look at the Gallery pages.
